We need You to Support and Elect Frank Addivinola to the MA 5th Congressional District

November 11, 2013 in Accountability, Congress, MA Political Machine, Politics, Stopping Obamanations, Stopping Socialism, Transparency

FrankThere are only 17 days left to help elect a  regular guy and non-socialist to the MA Congressional Delegation! A person who would be accountable to you, and not some Washington Machine!

The first thing that you should know about this race is that the Special Election is on Tuesday December 10th. The second thing that you should know is that the MA Democrat Machine  has put up another  Socialist,  Katherine Clark to replace  Socialist Ed Markey in the 5th CD. This according to the KeyWiki website, http://www.keywiki.org/index.php/Katherine_Clark  which states that The Democratic Socialist of America (DSA) supported Clark in 2004 and 2008. You can view the entire Keywiki post at the end of this article.

“DSA support in 2004

According to to the Boston Democratic Socialists of America newsletter, The Yankee Radical, September 2004, page 8, Boston DSA endorsed several State Senate candidates in 2004. These included Katherine Clark, challenger, Democrat (Melrose).[3]

Mass Alliance endorsement

In 2008, Mass Alliance endorsed Katherine Clark for the vacant State Rep. seat in the 32nd Middlesex Dis-trict (Melrose, parts of Wakefield). Clark has been Chair of the Melrose School Committee, and was endorsed by former Rep. Mike Festa and Attorney General Martha Coakley, for whom she was then working. “She also aced the Alliance questionairre”.[4]

[ You may ask what is the relationship between the Mass Alliance and DSA?]

DSA connection

According to Boston Democratic Socialists of America newsletter, The Yankee Radical, March 2006.[5]

We (Boston Democratic Socialists of Americacontinued our electoral work with the Massachusetts Alliance (formerly the Commonwealth Coalition), a grouping of unions, civil rights groups and other progressive forces who strive to provide effective support in a targeted number of state legislative races. Through the Alliance we strengthened our relationship with key allies and, by door-knocking, phone-banking and mailings, helped elect Linda Dorcena ForryChris Speranzo and Pat Jehlen to the State House. Boston DSA also supported (on our own) the successful City Council re-election races of Felix Arroyo in Boston and Denise Provost in Somerville.

Our plans for 2006 include projects voted as priorities by DSA’s recent National Convention, especially focusing on the low-wage economy (i.e., Wal-Mart, healthcare). And we’ll maintain our involvement with the Alliance—currently we’re working on the State Rep. races of Claire Naughton in Foxboro and (again on our own) Denise Provost in Somerville.

DSA endorsement

In 2010, Katherine Clark, running for Massachusetts state Senate ,Middlesex and Essex, was included in a list of the mainly Massachusetts candidates endorsed by the Boston Democratic Socialists of America, published in the The Yankee Radical:[5][6] “

Lopsided Race Begins In 5th Congressional

Posted October 15th, 2013 by ironmike

It will be ugly!  The Dems are determined to hold onto the seat that Markey slept infor 37 years. The unions will be out in force – along with Planned Parenthood,  Emily’s List,  and all the left-over Acorn socialists. 5thCDWinners

Frank is a great candidate,  and anybody who respects the US Constitution should break ranks with their past and vote for him.

The Election is Tuesday, Dec 10th.

Clark is a perfect addition to the Obama Cartel – she even spent time working in Chicago, – and won the Globendorsement. But some Progressives are having a lot of heartburn over her support of Coakley’s wiretapping bill.

Perhaps now Sheriff Koutoujian can get back to his day job – and finally issue a report on why his predecessor James V DiPaola killed himself.   Funny how Democrats refuse to answer direct questions!

The following article about Katherine Clark is excerpted from  Trevor Loudon’s KeyWiki Blog at www.keywiki.org and documents Katherine’s FAR-LEFT Socialist leanings.

Katherine Clark

Katherine Clark was sworn in as a Massachusetts State Senator, in January 2011 representing Lynnfield, Malden, Melrose, Reading, Stoneham and Wakefield. She was first elected in March 2008 to represent Melrose and Wakefield in the Massachusetts House of Representatives.

Senator Clark serves as the Chair of the Joint Committee on Public Service and the Vice Chair of the Joint Committee on Community Development and Small Business. She also serves on the Joint Committees on Education, Public Safety and Homeland Security, Veterans and Federal Affairs, and Senate Committee on Post Audit and Oversight. Senator Clark is a member of the Advisory Council for the Department of Early Education and Care. In early 2011, Senator Clark was appointed to the Center for Women in Politics and Public Policy Advisory Board at the University of Massachusetts Boston.[1]

Clark’s husband, Rodney Dowell, is an attorney and executive director of the Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers program.

Congressional primary

In October 2013, State Sen. Katherine Clark won the Democratic primary in the special election for Massachusetts’ 5th Congressional District.

Clark took 31.6 percent of the vote in the seven-way Democratic race to fill now-Sen. Ed Markey’s Boston-area House seat. Her closest competitor was Middlesex County Sheriff Peter Koutoujian, who won 22 percent.

State Rep. Carl Sciortino, an openly gay candidate who got Internet and media attention for a TV ad that featured him “coming out” to his tea party father as a liberal, came in third with 16.1 percent of the vote. State Sen. William Brownsberger came in fourth with 14.6 percent, followed by state Senate Majority Whip Karen Spilka with 13 percent.

The Democratic state senator was heavily favored to win the general election in the solidly blue 5th District, where President Barack Obama received 65 percent of the vote in 2012.

Clark, who was backed by the pro-Democratic women’s group EMILY’s List, led in most of the little polling that was done in the race.

Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee Chairman Steve Israel said in a statement that he’s confident Clark will win in the blue district.

“Katherine will be a voice for the middle class, and I am confident that the people of Massachusetts’ 5th district will agree, and in December will elect her to this Democratic seat, which President Obama won with two-thirds of the vote in both 2008 and 2012,” he said.[2]

Education/ career

Katherine Clark’s professional career includes service as a prosecutor, school committee member, General Counsel for the Massachusetts Office of Child Care Services, and Chief of the Policy Division for the Massachusetts Attorney General. She has been an advocate for seniors, the environment and social justice as a top policy maker.

Katherine Clark is a graduate of St. Lawrence University, Cornell University School of Law, and the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.[3]

In her early career she worked as an attorney in Chicago, then moved to Colorado where she worked as a clerk for a federal judge and later as a staff attorney for the Colorado District Attorneys Council. She moved to Massachusetts in 1995 and became general counsel for the state Office of Child Care Services.[4].

Rep. Katherine Clark is running for the open seat in being vacated by Richard Tisei. Elected to the House in 2008, she has made her colleagues focus on making the funding formula for public schools fair to all communities. Katherine has been named Legislator of the Year by Citizens for Public Schools.

Progressive “vetting”

On September 12 2013, eight progressive organizations including Democratic Socialists of America hosted a forum with five Democratic Party candidates, including Katherine Clark, to fill new Senator, Ed Markey’s seat in Congress.

Our goal is to give Massachusetts’ voters a better understanding of the differences between the five candidates and their positions on important issues to these groups.

Forum Part 1 The questions in this first segment are on the environment and climate change, the Citizens United decision and fair elections, and the Congressional Progressive Caucus’s “Back to Work” budget. Forum Part 2 The questions in this second segment are on income inequality, military spending, the Syria crisis and Iran, and the Israeli settlements in Palestine. Forum Part 3 The questions in this third and final segment are on women’s rights and reproductive rights, and how to be an effective progressive in Congress.

It’s Come Down to Hand to Hand Fighting for our Constitutional Republic and our Liberty

October 17, 2013 in Abuse of Power, Accountability, America's Collapse, Constitution, DICTATORSHIP, Founding Principles, Liberty, Liberty in Jeopardy, Obama's America 2016, Our Dear Leader, Police State, Political Class, Political Deception, President Obama, Progressivism, Restoring Courage, The Hope and The Change, The Stakes for the 2014 Election

In his recent book, The Liberty Amendments, Mark Levin has provided us with a Constitutional path provided by our forefathers who foresaw a time when”-the Federal Government might breach the Constitution’s limit and begin oppressing the people.”

A path that can restore our Constitutional Republic and wrestle it away from our present “Functional Dictatorship” which continues to tighten its noose around our Liberties while our dysfunctional, elitist “Establishment Political Class” that permeates the Washington beltway, stands by catatonically.

The plan is to use our Constitution’s Article V Amendment process that states that upon the application of 2/3 of our state legislatures,   a Convention shall be convened  for the propose of   proposing Amendments to  our Constitution.

In the Liberty Amendments, Mark Levine provides some of his ideas for Amendments, but realizes that others may wish to add or subtract from his proposals as and he is fine with that.

So if we are to succeed we must begin to act immediately and move towards a 2/3 Majority of all state legislators. It will not happen overnight but we must be vigilant and patient if we are to succeed. We are in a war for survival and in war, as we have learned from the Progressive leaders our “Dear Leader” , Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and their allies, they take no prisoners.

Our adversaries now know and understand that they must forcibly block this  last route to our freedom at all costs, if they are to “fundamentally Transform” America away from our Constitutional Republic and its tenants that guarantee our “…certain unalienable Rights” of “…Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness –“

The following excerpt  is from Mark Levin’s  book The Liberty Amendments:

“For a century, the Statists have steadfastly constructed a federal Leviathan, distorting and evading our constitutional system in pursuit of an all-powerful, ubiquitous central government. The result is an ongoing and growing assault on individual liberty, state sovereignty, and the social compact. Levin argues that if we cherish our American heritage, it is time to embrace a constitutional revival.

The delegates to the 1787 Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia and the delegates to each state’s ratification convention foresaw a time when—despite their best efforts to forestall it—the Federal government might breach the Constitution’s limits and begin oppressing the people. Agencies such as the IRS and EPA and programs such as Obamacare demonstrate that the Framers’ fear was prescient. Therefore, the Framers provided two methods for amending the Constitution. The second was intended for our current circumstances—empowering the states to bypass Congress and call a convention for the purpose of amending the Constitution. Levin argues that we, the people, can avoid a perilous outcome by seeking recourse, using the method called for in the Constitution itself.

The Framers adopted ten constitutional amendments, called the Bill of Rights, that would preserve individual rights and state authority. Levin lays forth eleven specific prescriptions for restoring our founding principles, ones that are consistent with the Framers’ design. His proposals—such as term limits for members of Congress and Supreme Court justices and limits on federal taxing and spending—are pure common sense, ideas shared by many. They draw on the wisdom of the Founding Fathers—including James Madison, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, and numerous lesser-known but crucially important men—in their content and in the method for applying them to the current state of the nation.

Now is the time for the American people to take the first step toward reclaiming what belongs to them. The task is daunting, but it is imperative if we are to be truly free.”

The following Roll Call vote took place in spite of the fact that Senators were not provided copies to peruse before the vote, even if they requested it. 18 Patriots voted Nay! The means by which this legislation was moved and passed gives new meaning to the word “Treachery”.  Republican Mitch McConnell got his $2 Billion Earmark and a stipend of $174K of our treasure was slipped to  Millionairess Senator Frank  Lautenberg of NJ’s  widow in this purported “Clean CR”. When we have a chance to review the entire bill we will surely find other treacheries like a trick-provision that was added that will require a 2/3 vote  to stop the Debt Limit increase.

Had enough yet?

Barack Obama’ war on America; Criminal Illegal Aliens Being Released Into Our Communities

February 27, 2013 in Abuse of Power, Accountability, Amnesty, Illegal Aliens, Our Dear Leader, Political Incompetence, President Obama, Sequestration, Socialist, Treason

Barack Obama’ war on America

Posted by  Judson Phillips  on February 27, 2013 at 6:22am in Tea Party Nation Forum

Criminal ReleaseBarack Obama and the Party of Treason hate America.   It is no longer a policy difference.  With Obama and the far-left shills for the Democrats, it has never been about policy.   They do not want to debate issues and let the best idea win.  They want to defeat anyone who disagrees with them at all costs.

Now the Obama Regime is showing its total contempt and hatred for those who disagree with it.

How are they doing this?

In advance of the Budget Sequestration that is set to start on March 1st, the Obama Regime is releasing illegal aliens into American communities.

The sequestration has not even hit yet and the Obama Regime is trying to hurt Americans

The illegal aliens being released are not simply illegal aliens, but these are criminal illegal aliens.    These are illegal aliens who have been charged or convicted of criminal offenses.  Usually it is more than one.

Instead of deporting these criminal aliens, the Department of Homeland Security is literally turning them out of the prisons.    Where is most of this happening?

Arizona.

That is no accident.

Arizona is a red state.  Arizona dared to defy Barack Obama and even took him to the Supreme Court and won.

Over the weekend, in Pinal County, Arizona, DHS released hundreds of criminal illegal aliens.  They did not even notify the local sheriff they were releasing these criminals.

The Obama Regime claims they must do this because of the upcoming budget sequester.

The sequester is not causing the release but the Obama Regime is desperate to create a crisis.

Why?

What happens if the modest 2% cut in spending goes through?

Probably nothing.  Most Americans will not see any change.

That is the great fear of the Obama Regime.

If the world does not end with this modest spending cut, then the Republicans and the American people will start asking, what else can we cut.  Where else can we cut?

For Barack Obama who is determined to bankrupt America before the end of his second term, this is unacceptable.

So Barack Obama is releasing criminal illegal aliens onto the streets of at least one red state.

How many people will die because Obama is releasing criminal illegal aliens?  How many people will be injured?   How many crimes will be committed?

Obama doesn’t care.  Arizona is a red state.

He doesn’t care because for Obama, the ends justify the means.   Obama does not care that he took an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution because the Constitution means nothing to him.    Obama does not care because he hates America and Americans.

Instead of being responsible, Barack Obama is trying to make the spending cuts as painful as possible.  Instead of stopping a few of those crony grants to “green energy” projects, he is keeping the Navy tied up in port.  Instead of cutting advertising to promote food stamps, he is releasing criminals on the streets to rampage and make the people of America pay for daring to elect Republicans to try and stop him.

Barack Obama is hell bent on destroying America.  Americans will die because of his desire to punish those who disagree with him.

The question is will the Republicans in Washington ever stand up to him?

Obama Continues His Raid on Medicare that Exploits Senior Citizens’ Medical Insurance

February 21, 2013 in Abuse of Power, Accountability, Medicare, ObamaCare, Political Deception, President Obama, President Ronald Reagan, Redistribution of Wealth, Taxiation with Representation

Screwed AgainRonald Reagan’s “nine most terrifying words in the English language.” are “I’m from the government and I’m here to help”

Barack Hussein Obama  and the Democrat Party proves the point with their promises to provide universal medical coverage that actually turns out to make draconian cuts to Medicare that will eliminate every remaining private Senior Citizen Medicare Advantage insurance plan in the United States.

Seniors have not only borne the brunt of artificially low interest rates by  “Helicopter” Ben Bernanke’s Fed Policies, but now endure ever decreasing funding for Medicare. This fits in with Obama’s redistribution of wealth and absolute power ideology. Take from the rich give to the poor, take from the old give to the youg, etc. You get the idea.

“Projected Medicare savings from Obamacare don’t improve the program. Instead, they pay for other new programs created under the law that aren’t even for seniors.By slashing reimbursement rates instead of introducing real reform, the health law jeopardizes seniors’ access to providers. ”

“…the Obama administration revealed that it would be significantly reducing funding for Medicare, a move that one health insurance analyst said “would turn almost every plan in the industry unprofitable.”

During the 2012 election campaign, Democrats denied that ObamaCare made $716 billion in cuts to Medicare in order to provide funding toward $1.9 trillion in new entitlement spending over the next ten years.

In an announcement on Friday, however, the Obama administration revealed that it would be significantly reducing funding for Medicare, a move that one health insurance analyst said “would turn almost every plan in the industry unprofitable.”

Health insurance stocks tumbled following the announcement that a big chunk of the Medicare cuts would come from the popular Medicare Advantage program, a market-oriented system in which participants can choose coverage by a private company that contracts with Medicare to provide all Part A and Part B benefits.

According to health care analyst Carl McDonald, the new rates proposed by the Obama administration will have the net effect of reducing payments to Medicare Advantage plans by seven to eight percent in 2014. McDonald projects:

If implemented, these rates and the program changes CMS [Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services] is suggesting would be enormously disruptive to Medicare Advantage, likely forcing a number of smaller plans out of the business and creating disarray for many seniors.

According to Richard Foster, former chief actuary to the Medicare program, ObamaCare’s cuts to Medicare Advantage will likely force half of its current participants back into the old Medicare program, originated in 1965. It is estimated that this change will cost Medicare enrollees an average of $3,714 in 2017 alone.

Democrats have long been unfriendly toward the Medicare Advantage plan, which was passed as part of the Balanced Budget Amendment of 1997 and has seen tremendous growth over the past 10 years. Today, more than 25 percent of seniors receive their health benefits through Medicare Advantage.

Regarding the cuts, America’s Health Insurance Plans’ (AHIP) president Karen Ignagni said, “Washington cannot tax and cut Medicare Advantage this much and not expect seniors to be harmed.”

Last year it was revealed that, while AHIP was openly supporting ObamaCare and working on a deal with the White House, it was also secretly funneling over $100 million to the Chamber of Commerce to be spent on advertising designed to convince Americans that the new legislation should be defeated.

The administration’s proposal is open to outside comments until March 1st, ahead of the final announcement of the cuts on April 1st.

Why Did Barack Hussein Obama Condemn 4-Americans to Die in Benghazi?

February 10, 2013 in Abuse of Power, Accountability, Al Qaeda, Benghazi Coverup, Benghazi Gate, dictator, Foreign Policy, Hillary Clinton, Media Bias, Obamanation, Political Deception, Political Incompetence, President Obama, Terrorism, The Grand Deception, US Foreign Policy

Benghazi-GateFolks, America is being ruled by Barack Hussein Obama, a Banana Republic Like Dictator that condemned four Americans to death and 3 additional Americans and 7 Libyans to serious wounds, in an attack against our Embassy in Benghazi on September 11, 2012. Both Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (Who is presently busy preparing a presidential exploratory committee for 2016 – can you believe) and Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta (Brought in by Obama to devastate the military) are his deliberate accomplices in another act of malfeasance of epic proportions by president Obama.

Why is Congress and the American Public being stonewalled by this Administration? There was the Fast and Furious cover-up and now the Benghazi-Gate cover-up! Why are the Democrats and the media joining forces and circling the wagons? Why did Barrack Hussein Obama condemn 4-Americans to death? What was so important to hide that Americans had to die? Was it the big lie that we liberated Libya and it was now  free  of  al-Qaeda? Was it that Libya was a staging point for weapons to Syrian Rebels? Or was it that the weapons that we supplied to Libya were making their way to al-Qaida in Mali and other regions?

What was  so important to our national Security that we had to keep our Embassy and Ambassador Stevens in Benghazi?

Condemned to death were Benghazi Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith an Information Officer and Computer whiz and two former Seals Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty.

David Kirkpatrick of the New York Times, quite conveniently, reported that they the assault was launched in retaliation for the release of the anti-Islamic video, Innocence of Muslims.

The videos that according to a consultant on the project, were “Trailers” from a full-length film which was shown only once, to an audience of fewer than ten people, at a rented theater in Hollywood California.

On September 16 U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Susan Rice appeared on five major interview shows to discuss the attacks.

“Based on the best information we have to date, what our assessment is as of the present is in fact what began spontaneously in Benghazi as a reaction to what had transpired some hours earlier in Cairo where, of course, as you know, there was a violent protest outside of our embassy—sparked by this hateful video. But soon after that spontaneous protest began outside of our consulate in Benghazi, we believe that it looks like extremist elements, individuals, joined in that– in that effort with heavy weapons of the sort that are, unfortunately, readily now available in Libya post-revolution. And that it spun from there into something much, much more violent.” “We do not– we do not have information at present that leads us to conclude that this was premeditated or preplanned.””I think it’s clear that there were extremist elements that joined in and escalated the violence. Whether they were al Qaeda affiliates, whether they were Libyan-based extremists or al Qaeda itself I think is one of the things we’ll have to determine.”

On September 27, the FBI arrested Nakoula Basseley Nakoula a 55 year old Coptic Christian from Egypt living near Los Angeles , who wrote the script and produced the with parole violations related to the film.

On November 7, 2012, Nakoula plead guilty to four of the charges against him and was sentenced to one year in prison and four years of supervised release.

“A study released on November 2 found that leading newspapers in the U.S. framed the attack in terms of a spontaneous protest (the Obama administration’s version) four times as often as a planned terrorist attack (the Republican version)”

We now know that:

  • In April 2012 an IED bomb was thrown over the Cosulate fence
  • On May 2012, Al-Qaida attacked the International Red Cross. On  August 16th they suspended operations in Benghazi
  • On June 5th, explosives were denoted outside the Consulate gates and leaflets promised more attacks.
  • On June 10th, an assassination attempt against the British Ambassador to Benghazi’s convoy was foiled when it was hit with RPG’s. The British Embassy was closed and all personnel withdrawn.
  • On September 8, Benghazi security officials met with US Embassy personnel and warned them of their growing concerns about their ability to maintain  security
  • On September 11, Al Qaida leader Ayman al-Zawahiri declared that al Libi’s death still needed to be avenged.
  • On September 11, an American Drone was recording the attack in real time and feeding it back to the Pentagon 1/12 hours after it began. The terrorists were coordinated and had Rocket propelled Grenades or RPG’s. In a senate hearing, Senator
  • On September 14th, CNN correspondent Arwa Damon found Ambassador Steven’s diary, wherein he expressed concern about the growing  al-Qaeda presence in the area and his worry about being on an al-Qaeda hit list.
  • In Senate hearings, the CIA says that it knew from the outset that it was a coordinated Terrorist attack.

MA State Reps Lyons & Lombardo Call for Transparency and Accountability for Individual Benefits

February 3, 2013 in Accountability, Fraud, MA, Transparency

Jim LyonsJanuary 31, 2013  978-362-3290 BOSTON, MA – Representatives Marc Lombardo (Billerica) and James (Jim) Lyons (Andover) today announced that they have proposed legislation that calls for transparency and accountability for the expenditures paid for by the hardworking taxpayers and businesses of the Commonwealth. Lombardo and Lyons filed 4 bills recently that would provide greater detail on how taxpayer dollars are being spent in the Commonwealth, as well as ensuring greater accountability for those dollars.  House Docket 3174 would require the Administration to file a report that would detail the total amount of the state budget that is being used to fund individual, family, and other benefits and expenditures and the residency and eligibility status of the individuals receiving these benefits. House Docket 3176 would require the administration to file a report that would detail the amount of money being spent through the Health Safety net and the residency and eligibility status of the individuals receiving this benefit. An Act Relative to Proof of Residency, HD2911, would bar self-declaration of residency from being accepted as a valid form of proof of residency for people seeking taxpayer-funded individual benefits from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Finally, House Docket 3293 would restrict all public benefits to only citizens and legal-residents of the Commonwealth as defined by federal law. “We are trying to find out where the taxpayer’s dollars are being spent and who is receiving benefits,” said Representative Lombardo.  “In light of the Inspector General’s recent report that found $25 Million in welfare abuse, it appears our legislation not only make sense, but is absolutely needed. The lack of oversight throughout the Patrick Administration and state government is nothing short of shocking and is a result of, at best, incompetence, or at worst, the administration willfully ignoring the law to advance an agenda.” Representative Lyons added, “Before the Governor asks the hardworking and struggling families and businesses of the Commonwealth for more tax dollars, we should know where every penny is being spent in our state budget. We need to ensure that individuals and families who play by the rules and need help are the ones receiving benefits, and those who do not play by the rules do not receive tax dollars from the hardworking taxpayers of Massachusetts.” Lyons and Lombardo noted the importance of ensuring the proper and efficient use of every tax dollar, particularly as the Governor is seeking massive tax increases. “We need reform in state government, not unending tax hikes,” said Lyons. “Every day news reports chronicle the scandals in the Administration’s drug labs, lack of oversight of pharmaceutical manufacturing, and political job hires.  It’s time to put a halt to these failures.” ###
