In his recent book, The Liberty Amendments, Mark Levin has provided us with a Constitutional path provided by our forefathers who foresaw a time when”-the Federal Government might breach the Constitution’s limit and begin oppressing the people.”
A path that can restore our Constitutional Republic and wrestle it away from our present “Functional Dictatorship” which continues to tighten its noose around our Liberties while our dysfunctional, elitist “Establishment Political Class” that permeates the Washington beltway, stands by catatonically.
The plan is to use our Constitution’s Article V Amendment process that states that upon the application of 2/3 of our state legislatures, a Convention shall be convened for the propose of proposing Amendments to our Constitution.
In the Liberty Amendments, Mark Levine provides some of his ideas for Amendments, but realizes that others may wish to add or subtract from his proposals as and he is fine with that.
So if we are to succeed we must begin to act immediately and move towards a 2/3 Majority of all state legislators. It will not happen overnight but we must be vigilant and patient if we are to succeed. We are in a war for survival and in war, as we have learned from the Progressive leaders our “Dear Leader” , Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and their allies, they take no prisoners.
Our adversaries now know and understand that they must forcibly block this last route to our freedom at all costs, if they are to “fundamentally Transform” America away from our Constitutional Republic and its tenants that guarantee our “…certain unalienable Rights” of “…Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness –“
The following excerpt is from Mark Levin’s book The Liberty Amendments:
“For a century, the Statists have steadfastly constructed a federal Leviathan, distorting and evading our constitutional system in pursuit of an all-powerful, ubiquitous central government. The result is an ongoing and growing assault on individual liberty, state sovereignty, and the social compact. Levin argues that if we cherish our American heritage, it is time to embrace a constitutional revival.
The delegates to the 1787 Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia and the delegates to each state’s ratification convention foresaw a time when—despite their best efforts to forestall it—the Federal government might breach the Constitution’s limits and begin oppressing the people. Agencies such as the IRS and EPA and programs such as Obamacare demonstrate that the Framers’ fear was prescient. Therefore, the Framers provided two methods for amending the Constitution. The second was intended for our current circumstances—empowering the states to bypass Congress and call a convention for the purpose of amending the Constitution. Levin argues that we, the people, can avoid a perilous outcome by seeking recourse, using the method called for in the Constitution itself.
The Framers adopted ten constitutional amendments, called the Bill of Rights, that would preserve individual rights and state authority. Levin lays forth eleven specific prescriptions for restoring our founding principles, ones that are consistent with the Framers’ design. His proposals—such as term limits for members of Congress and Supreme Court justices and limits on federal taxing and spending—are pure common sense, ideas shared by many. They draw on the wisdom of the Founding Fathers—including James Madison, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, and numerous lesser-known but crucially important men—in their content and in the method for applying them to the current state of the nation.
Now is the time for the American people to take the first step toward reclaiming what belongs to them. The task is daunting, but it is imperative if we are to be truly free.”

The following Roll Call vote took place in spite of the fact that Senators were not provided copies to peruse before the vote, even if they requested it. 18 Patriots voted Nay! The means by which this legislation was moved and passed gives new meaning to the word “Treachery”. Republican Mitch McConnell got his $2 Billion Earmark and a stipend of $174K of our treasure was slipped to Millionairess Senator Frank Lautenberg of NJ’s widow in this purported “Clean CR”. When we have a chance to review the entire bill we will surely find other treacheries like a trick-provision that was added that will require a 2/3 vote to stop the Debt Limit increase.
Had enough yet?

Ronald Reagan’s “nine most terrifying words in the English language.” are “I’m from the government and I’m here to help”
Barack Hussein Obama and the Democrat Party proves the point with their promises to provide universal medical coverage that actually turns out to make draconian cuts to Medicare that will eliminate every remaining private Senior Citizen Medicare Advantage insurance plan in the United States.
Seniors have not only borne the brunt of artificially low interest rates by “Helicopter” Ben Bernanke’s Fed Policies, but now endure ever decreasing funding for Medicare. This fits in with Obama’s redistribution of wealth and absolute power ideology. Take from the rich give to the poor, take from the old give to the youg, etc. You get the idea.
“Projected Medicare savings from Obamacare don’t improve the program. Instead, they pay for other new programs created under the law that aren’t even for seniors.By slashing reimbursement rates instead of introducing real reform, the health law jeopardizes seniors’ access to providers. ”
“…the Obama administration revealed that it would be significantly reducing funding for Medicare, a move that one health insurance analyst said “would turn almost every plan in the industry unprofitable.”
WITH ELECTION OVER, OBAMA ANNOUNCES MEDICARE CUTS TO FUND OBAMACARE
by DR. SUSAN BERRY 20 Feb 2013
During the 2012 election campaign, Democrats denied that ObamaCare made $716 billion in cuts to Medicare in order to provide funding toward $1.9 trillion in new entitlement spending over the next ten years.
In an announcement on Friday, however, the Obama administration revealed that it would be significantly reducing funding for Medicare, a move that one health insurance analyst said “would turn almost every plan in the industry unprofitable.”
Health insurance stocks tumbled following the announcement that a big chunk of the Medicare cuts would come from the popular Medicare Advantage program, a market-oriented system in which participants can choose coverage by a private company that contracts with Medicare to provide all Part A and Part B benefits.
According to health care analyst Carl McDonald, the new rates proposed by the Obama administration will have the net effect of reducing payments to Medicare Advantage plans by seven to eight percent in 2014. McDonald projects:
If implemented, these rates and the program changes CMS [Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services] is suggesting would be enormously disruptive to Medicare Advantage, likely forcing a number of smaller plans out of the business and creating disarray for many seniors.
According to Richard Foster, former chief actuary to the Medicare program, ObamaCare’s cuts to Medicare Advantage will likely force half of its current participants back into the old Medicare program, originated in 1965. It is estimated that this change will cost Medicare enrollees an average of $3,714 in 2017 alone.
Democrats have long been unfriendly toward the Medicare Advantage plan, which was passed as part of the Balanced Budget Amendment of 1997 and has seen tremendous growth over the past 10 years. Today, more than 25 percent of seniors receive their health benefits through Medicare Advantage.
Regarding the cuts, America’s Health Insurance Plans’ (AHIP) president Karen Ignagni said, “Washington cannot tax and cut Medicare Advantage this much and not expect seniors to be harmed.”
Last year it was revealed that, while AHIP was openly supporting ObamaCare and working on a deal with the White House, it was also secretly funneling over $100 million to the Chamber of Commerce to be spent on advertising designed to convince Americans that the new legislation should be defeated.
The administration’s proposal is open to outside comments until March 1st, ahead of the final announcement of the cuts on April 1st.

February 10, 2013 in Abuse of Power, Accountability, Al Qaeda, Benghazi Coverup, Benghazi Gate, dictator, Foreign Policy, Hillary Clinton, Media Bias, Obamanation, Political Deception, Political Incompetence, President Obama, Terrorism, The Grand Deception, US Foreign Policy
Folks, America is being ruled by Barack Hussein Obama, a Banana Republic Like Dictator that condemned four Americans to death and 3 additional Americans and 7 Libyans to serious wounds, in an attack against our Embassy in Benghazi on September 11, 2012. Both Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (Who is presently busy preparing a presidential exploratory committee for 2016 – can you believe) and Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta (Brought in by Obama to devastate the military) are his deliberate accomplices in another act of malfeasance of epic proportions by president Obama.
Why is Congress and the American Public being stonewalled by this Administration? There was the Fast and Furious cover-up and now the Benghazi-Gate cover-up! Why are the Democrats and the media joining forces and circling the wagons? Why did Barrack Hussein Obama condemn 4-Americans to death? What was so important to hide that Americans had to die? Was it the big lie that we liberated Libya and it was now free of al-Qaeda? Was it that Libya was a staging point for weapons to Syrian Rebels? Or was it that the weapons that we supplied to Libya were making their way to al-Qaida in Mali and other regions?
What was so important to our national Security that we had to keep our Embassy and Ambassador Stevens in Benghazi?
Condemned to death were Benghazi Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith an Information Officer and Computer whiz and two former Seals Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty.
David Kirkpatrick of the New York Times, quite conveniently, reported that they the assault was launched in retaliation for the release of the anti-Islamic video, Innocence of Muslims.
The videos that according to a consultant on the project, were “Trailers” from a full-length film which was shown only once, to an audience of fewer than ten people, at a rented theater in Hollywood California.
On September 16 U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Susan Rice appeared on five major interview shows to discuss the attacks.
“Based on the best information we have to date, what our assessment is as of the present is in fact what began spontaneously in Benghazi as a reaction to what had transpired some hours earlier in Cairo where, of course, as you know, there was a violent protest outside of our embassy—sparked by this hateful video. But soon after that spontaneous protest began outside of our consulate in Benghazi, we believe that it looks like extremist elements, individuals, joined in that– in that effort with heavy weapons of the sort that are, unfortunately, readily now available in Libya post-revolution. And that it spun from there into something much, much more violent.” “We do not– we do not have information at present that leads us to conclude that this was premeditated or preplanned.””I think it’s clear that there were extremist elements that joined in and escalated the violence. Whether they were al Qaeda affiliates, whether they were Libyan-based extremists or al Qaeda itself I think is one of the things we’ll have to determine.”
On September 27, the FBI arrested Nakoula Basseley Nakoula a 55 year old Coptic Christian from Egypt living near Los Angeles , who wrote the script and produced the with parole violations related to the film.
On November 7, 2012, Nakoula plead guilty to four of the charges against him and was sentenced to one year in prison and four years of supervised release.
“A study released on November 2 found that leading newspapers in the U.S. framed the attack in terms of a spontaneous protest (the Obama administration’s version) four times as often as a planned terrorist attack (the Republican version)”
We now know that:
- In April 2012 an IED bomb was thrown over the Cosulate fence
- On May 2012, Al-Qaida attacked the International Red Cross. On August 16th they suspended operations in Benghazi
- On June 5th, explosives were denoted outside the Consulate gates and leaflets promised more attacks.
- On June 10th, an assassination attempt against the British Ambassador to Benghazi’s convoy was foiled when it was hit with RPG’s. The British Embassy was closed and all personnel withdrawn.
- On September 8, Benghazi security officials met with US Embassy personnel and warned them of their growing concerns about their ability to maintain security
- On September 11, Al Qaida leader Ayman al-Zawahiri declared that al Libi’s death still needed to be avenged.
- On September 11, an American Drone was recording the attack in real time and feeding it back to the Pentagon 1/12 hours after it began. The terrorists were coordinated and had Rocket propelled Grenades or RPG’s. In a senate hearing, Senator
- On September 14th, CNN correspondent Arwa Damon found Ambassador Steven’s diary, wherein he expressed concern about the growing al-Qaeda presence in the area and his worry about being on an al-Qaeda hit list.
- In Senate hearings, the CIA says that it knew from the outset that it was a coordinated Terrorist attack.
Judge Jeanine Weighs in on the evidence:
January 31, 2013 978-362-3290 BOSTON, MA – Representatives Marc Lombardo (Billerica) and James (Jim) Lyons (Andover) today announced that they have proposed legislation that calls for transparency and accountability for the expenditures paid for by the hardworking taxpayers and businesses of the Commonwealth. Lombardo and Lyons filed 4 bills recently that would provide greater detail on how taxpayer dollars are being spent in the Commonwealth, as well as ensuring greater accountability for those dollars. House Docket 3174 would require the Administration to file a report that would detail the total amount of the state budget that is being used to fund individual, family, and other benefits and expenditures and the residency and eligibility status of the individuals receiving these benefits. House Docket 3176 would require the administration to file a report that would detail the amount of money being spent through the Health Safety net and the residency and eligibility status of the individuals receiving this benefit. An Act Relative to Proof of Residency, HD2911, would bar self-declaration of residency from being accepted as a valid form of proof of residency for people seeking taxpayer-funded individual benefits from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Finally, House Docket 3293 would restrict all public benefits to only citizens and legal-residents of the Commonwealth as defined by federal law. “We are trying to find out where the taxpayer’s dollars are being spent and who is receiving benefits,” said Representative Lombardo. “In light of the Inspector General’s recent report that found $25 Million in welfare abuse, it appears our legislation not only make sense, but is absolutely needed. The lack of oversight throughout the Patrick Administration and state government is nothing short of shocking and is a result of, at best, incompetence, or at worst, the administration willfully ignoring the law to advance an agenda.” Representative Lyons added, “Before the Governor asks the hardworking and struggling families and businesses of the Commonwealth for more tax dollars, we should know where every penny is being spent in our state budget. We need to ensure that individuals and families who play by the rules and need help are the ones receiving benefits, and those who do not play by the rules do not receive tax dollars from the hardworking taxpayers of Massachusetts.” Lyons and Lombardo noted the importance of ensuring the proper and efficient use of every tax dollar, particularly as the Governor is seeking massive tax increases. “We need reform in state government, not unending tax hikes,” said Lyons. “Every day news reports chronicle the scandals in the Administration’s drug labs, lack of oversight of pharmaceutical manufacturing, and political job hires. It’s time to put a halt to these failures.” ###
