Ten Reasons to Impeach Eric Holder

June 1, 2012 in Constitutional, Eric Holder

Attorney General Eric Holder told a council of African American church leaders Wednesday that the “sacred” right to vote is under assault nationwide, with federal lawsuits and at least a dozen state laws that could hinder – or block – minorities’ access to the ballot box this fall.

Meanwhile, his Justice Department ordered Florida’s elections division to halt a systematic effort to find and purge the state’s voter rolls of noncitizen voters.

This after Florida, election officials announced that the secretary of state has purged up to 53,000 dead voters from state voter rolls.
In fact, Florida is not the only state with massive voter fraud. Following the 2008 election, ACORN was prosecuted for voter fraud in 13 states  – involving registering illegals to vote, checking the box on the voter-in states registration form for permanent absentee voter and providing a mailing address which would allow someone else to cast the mail-in ballot without the participation, or even the knowledge of, the illegal alien voter.

Holder’s full-court-press against Florida’s Elections Division is not because of a violation of the 1965 Voting Rights Act , but rather an attempt to throw the election results by allowing massive fraudulent voting by dead and  Illegal .

Remember this is AG who refused to indict  New Black Panther Party members who physically threatened voters in the 2008 election

Americans have come to view Attorney General Eric Holder, Jr., as a symbol of the radicalism and dishonesty of the Obama administration. No wonder. As J. Christian Adams, who once worked for Holder at the Department of Justice, writes in Ten Reasons to Impeach Eric Holder, the Attorney General’s policies have endangered the security of the nation and undermined the integrity of our elections. Holder has overseen a deliberate attack on the Second Amendment and has provided Congress dishonest testimony about it. He has supervised initiatives that have flooded our border with Mexico with illicit firearms. His radicalism has led him to foster racial division. As Adams writes, “The havoc Holder has created goes far beyond corruption on any single issue. The damage he has done crosses all components of the Department of Justice, and has trickled down to infect the systems of law and legal jurisprudence throughout the country. He has tried to transform the federal agency intended to be above politics into an institution advocating radical change and extreme remedies.”

In the following pamphlet, former Justice Department attorney and whistleblower J. Christian Adams makes the case for the impeachment of Eric Holder.
